NO REMORSE (Kym Hankins)
Yet another top quality Big Block 21 ft Evercrafts from the Adelaide stable of BAD Boats. The Blood Red hull is spectacular and we all know "red goes faster". With little recent form to go on, the NO REMORSE outfit could sneak under the guard of others in the field. There is no question the boat has speed. That has been proven before.
The question may be has the boat and driver had enough time on the water together to get the most out of each other. Kym Hankins doubles up with engine development and the driving and has on occasions handed the 'helmet' over to Neil Laundy so that Kym can concentrate on the engine side of things. Perhaps this is in the pipeline for the showdown?
Either way, these guys would probably expect to start as one of the underdogs. That being said, again the one lap qualifying could produce all manner of  outcomes, however I suspect that the No Remorse crew would be pleased with a strong performance throughout the day and add another notch to the 'experience belt'.
